Independent system- and quality validation – EY (ISAE 3000)
Rejoose has engaged EY to independently validate the quality, robustness and auditability of our carbon data methodologies and platform through an ISAE 3000 (Revised) assurance engagement.
The International Standard on Assurance Engagements (ISAE) 3000 is a globally recognised framework used to assess non-financial information and reporting systems. Through this independent review, EY has assessed the processes, controls and methodologies used by Rejoose to generate and distribute carbon data.
This validation provides additional confidence that Rejoose solutions and datasets are designed to support both voluntary sustainability initiatives and mandatory regulatory reporting, while meeting the high standards of transparency and auditability expected by enterprise organisations.
A copy of the validation report can be requested via info@rejoose.com.

Independent methodology verification – PNZ Advisory
Rejoose has engaged PNZ Advisory to independently verify the data methodologies applied across our platform and datasets. This review confirms that Rejoose carbon data methods are aligned with the GHG Protocol and other relevant frameworks and guidelines used in environmental reporting.
Through this verification, PNZ has assessed the structure, calculation logic and methodological alignment embedded in Rejoose solutions to ensure that the carbon data generated can support the requirements of modern sustainability reporting.
This provides additional assurance that Rejoose data is designed to meet the expectations of organisations operating under both voluntary sustainability initiatives and mandatory reporting frameworks.
A copy of the verification documentation can be requested via info@rejoose.com.

Rejoose and EU Code of Conduct on Data Center Energy Efficiency
Data centers worldwide are estimated to account for approximately 20% of global energy consumption, making them a significant contributor to rising CO2 emissions.
To address this, the EU has established a Technical Work Group to create guidelines and best practices for data center energy efficiency. Due to our extensive expertise, gained from over 2,000 energy efficiency projects with Danish enterprises, Rejoose was invited to join the EU Research Center in Milan.
We proudly accepted the invitation and have been an active partner ever since. Our goal is to incorporate insights from our international projects into the ongoing development of our software, ensuring global consistency and compliance. Over time, our software will support EU regulations, helping ITC users meet the standards of the EU Code of Conduct.

Rejoose and The United Nations
Rejoose was honoured to be invited by InfinIT to deliver a keynote address at the 2020 SummIT conference, focusing on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
InfinIT is an innovation network dedicated to helping Danish companies succeed through digital innovation and technology. As IT and digitalisation play a critical role in driving sustainability, our goal at SummIT is to inspire companies to create value for society, people, and businesses by realising the UN SDGs and supporting Denmark’s goal to reduce CO2 emissions by 70%.
Rejoose is a member of the ITAD association ASCDI
As a trusted data supplier to the ITAD industry, documenting the positive carbon impact of refurbishment, Rejoose is proud to be part of one of the most respected authorities in the circular IT community. Together, we aim to drive greater sustainability, strengthen industry standards, and accelerate the transition toward a greener future.

Best Energy and Environmental documentation Software
We are proud to have been awarded “Best Energy and Environmental Documentation Software” by CV Magazine!
The press wrote:
"Rejoose (Europe) | Best Energy and Environmental documentation Software – A SaaS (software as Service) firm that focuses on reducing the carbon footprint and energy consumption of large-scale IT installations. In EU, the growing IT sector is expected to consume nearly 20% of the total energy production by 2030. Rejoose provides state-of-art energy reporting and monitoring tools to calculate “savings on lighting, cooling, UPS and other IT systems”.

Rejoose and Windesheim University of Applied Sciences
The project and the data from the research using Rejoose really opened our eyes to how huge the CO2 footprint of this hardware is on a larger scale. It also highlighted the impact of resource extraction, the damage it causes to the environment, and how much water is needed in the process, among other things
“Through the findings in the project we envision an art project to make visible to a broad audience (starting with 30.000 Windesheim students, lecturers and employees which and how many special raw materials are in the collection of hardware items that we as an organizational population use. Awareness.”

Rejoose and GreenCOM
Rejoose is proud to be part of the GreenCOM task force, a research project led by the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) aimed at defining metrics for "Green Communication" or a Green Internet. The project involves collaboration between leading institutions and companies, including:
◊ DTU – Technical University of Denmark
◊ Telia Company
◊ DigiPlex
◊ CIBICOM
◊ KMD
◊ DI – Confederation of Danish Industry
◊ Danish IT Industry Association
Rejoose's role in GreenCOM is to help establish a common framework for measuring and estimating energy consumption and efficiency in digital services. Our goal is to create valid and comparable methods, standards, and calculation models for CO2 emissions and energy efficiency in the ITC sector.
With over a decade of experience working on energy optimisation projects for enterprise customers, Rejoose brings unmatched practical expertise to the task force. We are committed to ensuring that internationally accepted standards are incorporated, and that key stakeholders such as the EU, ASHRAE, EnergyStar, and The Green Grid contribute to this important work.
