How to search and add ‘devices’ to your calculations.

Search and add the current and future equipment with the specific model name and number specified from the vendor.

  • Ex. PowerEdge R630 or DL380 G7
  • Rejoose will show all devices which contain this model name.
  • Make sure to add devices to the current and future solutions.

Servers: Search an exact model. Ex. Server Average – This will give you the most specific search results.

Rejoose devices: If your search shows devices marked with the blue eye it means that the device is validated and documented by the Rejoose team. These items are part of the Rejoose database and are accessible for all Rejoose users.

Validated devices: If your search shows devices marked with the green checkmark it means that you or someone within your organization has created a device, requested and achieved validation from the Rejoose team. These devices are only accessible for Rejoose users within your own organization.

For servers, you will typically find three validated Rejoose configs pr. Model. Small, medium and large. All standard configs are related to a whitepaper.

Small = 1 CPU, 25-50% DIMM slots used.

Medium = 2 CPU mid-range, 50% DIMM slots used. (choose as default)

Large = 2 CPU high end, 75-100% DIMM slots used.

Note: All configurations are without harddisks. Remember to add harddisks – search Drive or specifically HDD, SSD, etc.

The medium server is a standard server config. Only choose small or large, if you know the config. Typical server config for 95% of projects.
