Are e.hub and e.insights the same portal?
Learn how Rejoose’s two connected platforms work and what your customers can access
e.hub and e.insights are part of the same Rejoose portal, but serve different users:
◊ e.hub is the platform for partners. Here, you can view all your e.voice transactions, generate carbon reports across customers, and manage reporting access.
◊ e.insights is the platform for your end customers. Each customer sees only their own transactions and can generate their own reports.
You can start by using e.hub to generate and distribute reports to your customers. Later, you can invite them to e.insights so they can log in and access their own data directly.
It is easy for an ITAD to set up an automatic distribution of monthly, quarterly or yearly reports to selected customers.
