How to customise your report design in e.tool

This article explains how to add your organisation's logo, change the front page images and set a colour theme on your e.tool reports.

Only administrators can change these settings. Changes apply to all reports acroos your organisation.

Add your organisation's logo

  1. Go to Partner Admin in the left menu.

  2. Select Account information, then Organisation details.

  3. Scroll down to the logo section and click Choose a file to upload your logo.

  4. Click Update to save.


The logo will appear on all reports created within your organisation. Minimum image dimensions are 200 x 50 pixels, and maximum dimensions are 900 x 900 pixels.

Change front page images:

  1. Go to Partner Admin in the left menu.

  2. Select Report options.

  3. Scroll to Report frontpage images.

  4. Select a front page image for each report type, or upload your own custom image by clicking Select Image under Upload Custom Front Page Images.

Change the colour theme

  1. In Report options, scroll to Report colour themes.

  2. Select one of the predefined colour themes, or tick Use Custom Theme Colors to set your own primary and secondary colours using hex codes.

  3. Click Update custom theme to save your changes.

Additional information

The override checkbox at the top of the front page section allows you to apply your chosen images as default for all users across your organisation. Individual users can override front page images in their own account settings.
