How do I create a project?
Click on the Project Manager, create a client, and then create a project.
How do I add a new seat?
Contact a Rejoose representative to increase your seat count.
What does "Shared internally" mean?
This function makes both the client and the project visible to all Rejoose users within your organisation.
How do I search within a solution?
Use the search function in the Device window to find products in our database. You can search by brand and model names.
How do I add servers and storage?
Add disks to servers and storage systems by searching for Enterprise HDD and Enterprise SSD.
What are "Category Average Products"?
Search for "Category Average" to find products that represent average values for a category. You can identify the category by its icon.
What are "Refurbished Products" and how are they calculated?
By enabling the refurbishment slider, the calculation changes to reflect avoided emissions. This compares the carbon emissions from the refurbishment process to those from manufacturing and transporting a new product.
What is e.voice?
e.voice covers the carbon emissions of a financial transaction. It is an automated document available to both the reseller and the procurer.
What are Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions?

How can I find my e.voice?
Connect with IT resellers on e-insights.rejoose.com and view all e.voices in the Library tab.
How do I get started with e.product?
Visit e-hub.rejoose.com to create an API token and access the API documentation.
What is Sandbox Mode?
Sandbox Mode is intended for testing purposes and offers limited data availability.
What is e.product+ and how does it differ from e.product?
e.product+ provides data divided into each lifecycle phase, unlike e.product. This data must only be used in web shops that are protected by login credentials.
Why can't I find my e.voices in e.insights?
Click on the Suppliers tab on the left side. Here you'll find a list of suppliers that have sent an e.voice to a VAT number your organisation owns. If no suppliers are listed, try adding VAT numbers in the VAT Numbers tab.
How do I create an e.insights summary report?
You can create a summarised report in the Library tab. Additionally, you can set up monthly reports to be sent via the Settings.
How do I get started with e.hub?
Enter e.hub and switch to Sandbox Mode. Then, create an API key in the API Keys tab and choose your preferred product. Here, you can also find a link to the API documentation.
How do I add more users?
You can add users and assign roles in the Users tab.

View all requests and responses in the Logs tab.
